Preparation for new line marks is done by shotblasting the concrete surface with steel shot to remove the top polished surface but only to the width of the line. The process is dust free and carried out at walking pace meaning we can prepare and apply in excess of 500 linear metres per day.

The epoxy resin will then soak into the open textured surface of the concrete to form a strong durable bond. This careful preparation ensures that the final internal line marking is durable and has good chemical resistance.
