About linemarking

Linemarking work splits into three types:

  1. External spray applied lines for lorry bays and carparks, walkways etc
  2. Internal lines spray applied either onto a etch primer or a shotblasted surface
  3. Epoxy lines with masking tape and shot blast prep

External sprayed lines

This uses high build acrylic fast setting line marking paints sprayed through a graco Linelaser airless spray machine. It can be sprayed onto concrete and tarmac and even oversprayed to brighten old thermoplastic lines. There is minimal downtime, dry in 15 minutes, applied at walking pace, therefore very high daily application rates. This provides longer lasting and higher quality lines than thermoplastic.

This is suitable for the following:

  • Walkways
  • Lorry parking bays
  • Bay marking
  • Walking men stencils
  • Zebra crossings

Internal line marking

This uses either spray applied acrylic lines or roller applied epoxy resin. Spray applied acrylic lines. High build acrylic fast setting line marking paints sprayed through a graco Linelaser airless spray machine

Can be sprayed onto a primed surface then clear sealed for long lasting economical lines, or Shotblasted first to extend the life of the lines.
There is minimal downtime, dry in 2hrs, applied at walking pace, therefore very high daily application rates. There is no need to use masking tape as the spray machine gives excellent sharp line edges.

This is suitable for the following:

  • Walkways
  • Pallet locations
  • Bay marking
  • Walking men stencils
  • Zebra crossings
